Why are websites so hard for customers to create, maintain & edit?
We had worked on dozens of small & medium business websites - business owners often struggled to make the simplest of edits, from changing simple things like hours, product/service prices, or simply adding an announcement.
This problem became compounded during Covid-19. Business owners had not updated their websites; customers started calling every day to ask a simple question... "Are you open?".
Some businesses got over 100+ calls a day with this question!
All of this set us on a journey... How could we:
